At Mapa Health, we provide brokerage services for transportation and organizational arrangements, including hotel reservations and scheduling appointments with clinics. It is important to note that:

  • We do not operate as a tour operator, and the execution of the booked trip falls outside our contractual obligations.
  • Each service booked creates separate agreements between the customer and the respective service providers, such as airlines, hotels, clinics, and transfer companies.
  • We are not responsible for the direct provision of these services.
Information Accuracy

The details we provide, including prices and other information, are based on data supplied by the respective service providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot be held liable for errors or discrepancies in the information provided or for the fulfillment of services by these third-party providers.

Medical Treatment Liability

We explicitly disclaim any liability for claims arising from medical treatments performed by clinics. Customers independently enter into agreements with the clinics for all treatments and services. Our role is limited to facilitating the initial connection and ensuring smooth coordination of arrangements.

Customer Responsibility

As a customer, you are responsible for selecting and approving the type and method of medical treatment. We encourage thorough communication with your chosen clinic to ensure all your concerns and questions are addressed before proceeding with any medical procedures.
